Brewery
Trier’s first microbrewery opened at Blesius Garten in 1998. Our “Kraft-Bräu” beer, brewed in the traditional fashion as an unfiltered beer, lives up to its name – give it a taste at the brewery restaurant, a beer tasting or our annual beerfestival.
Beer tasting
A dark beer tastes different to a wheat beer. A wheat beer from bavaria tastes as well different to a wheat beer from belgium. The world of beer is as variegated as the world of wine. Get your own idea about the various types and possibilities of beers and how great they can be combined with amazing food. Our beer tasings are usually arranged
twice per month with changing themes.
Beer whispering
The beer whisper includes 5 beers à 0.2l to taste and is served and commented by one of our beer experts. It costs €24.50 per person. The beer whisper can be booked by arrangement for a minimum of 6 people.
Food can be booked in addition to the beer whisper: á la carte or as a 3-course brewery menu worth €48.00.

Sommelier talk
Our beer sommelier Andreas Gniffke presents 6 different beer specialities à 0.2l. This is accompanied by bread and lard. The sommelier's talk can be booked by arrangement from 6 to max. 16 people and costs € 30.00 per person.
Of course, the sommelier's talk can also be integrated into a menu.
